The first place to start is with enabling a sense of calm and relaxation. When our minds are constantly whirling it’s difficult to focus on finding the solutions we need to make in order to move forward.
Often the first things to be affected is our sleep, so by ensuring your sleeping patterns are back on track you can feel in a better place to make decisions and take action. We can then break down what needs to be achieved into smaller, doable chunks.
Building on a sense of achievement, using past strengths and resources to find the solutions you need and a clearer view of where you want to be.

Find a time to suit your schedule. On average clients see me for between 8-12 sessions, but this can vary. Phobias and smoking take 3 sessions.
Session Format
Each session lasts for 1 hour, focusing on your positive changes, refocusing your goals and the steps you can take to achieve these.
