Unfortunately, your thoughts, your actions and your beliefs associated with food have not changed and that is when you revert to old behaviours and patterns.
We often turn to food for comfort, emotional support and when we are bored or lonely. These feelings and beliefs are in locked into our subconscious mind, but it is possible to re-establish new thoughts and beliefs and to reprogram how we respond. By doing this ‘diets’ can become a thing of the past.
How can solution focused hypnotherapy help with Weight loss?
Hypnotherapy can allow you to have a change of attitude towards food, be able to make conscious changes to what you eat rather than eating ‘unconsciously’ and ‘mindlessly’. This enables you to enjoy eating healthily and at the same time lose weight in a safe and natural way. I can also use an NLP technique to retrain your mind to help you dislike the food that is your downfall.

I also run a Weight Loss Course for small groups of up to 6 people where we all work as a group for a period of time helping each other with problems, sharing recipes and helping each other achieve a successful mindset to carry on for future weight loss and healthy living.

Free 1 Hour Consultation
Tell me how you would like me to help you. I explain how your mind works in relation to your particular issue and how we can work together to achieve your goals. I will also give you an audio to listen to every night to help you relax and sleep.
Book A Consultation
Find a time to suit your schedule. On average clients see me for between 8-12 sessions, but this can vary. Phobias and smoking take 3 sessions.
Session Format
Each session lasts for 1 hour, focusing on your positive changes, refocusing your goals and the steps you can take to achieve these. Each session ends with 20 minutes of hypnotherapy.
