Sadness and grief are normal human emotions. We all have those feelings from time to time, but they usually go away within a short period of time. Major depression is something more, it involves a loss of interest in things that used to bring pleasure and a sense of hopelessness.
Those feelings are usually accompanied by other emotional and physical symptoms, such as a difficulty in sleeping or being constantly tired, lack of confidence and feelings of anxiety.
Untreated, depression can lead to serious complications that can even put your life at risk.
How Can solution focused hypnotherapy help my DEPRESSION?
Depression is very treatable and has a dramatically lower rate of relapse than using anti-depressants alone. We look at the strengths and resources that you have used successfully in the past and help find small ways of harnessing those again. Depression is often caused because something is missing from our lives, and by looking at our fundamental and innate needs and working on ways to introduce these into our lives is a major step forward to making positive changes.

Find a time to suit your schedule. On average clients see me for between 8-12 sessions, but this can vary. Phobias and smoking take 3 sessions.
Session Format
Each session lasts for 1 hour, focusing on your positive changes, refocusing your goals and the steps you can take to achieve these.
