Why is it that diets seem to work at the beginning, the pounds fall off, and then when you’ve reached your desired weight, little by little the weight gradually creeps back on again, often leaving you heavier than when you started?
Unfortunately, your thoughts, actions and beliefs associated with food
have not changed and that is when you revert to old behaviours and
patterns.
We often turn to food for comfort, emotional support and when we
are bored or lonely. These feelings and beliefs are in locked into our
subconscious mind, but it is possible to re-establish new thoughts
and beliefs and to reprogram how we respond. By doing this ‘diets’
can become a thing of the past.
I run a Weight Loss Course which runs for 3 sessions over 6 weeks,
for small groups of 6 people, enabling new habits and changes to be
created and embedded in a relaxed and informal group setting.
This is not about diets, or weigh-ins or counting calories, it’s all about
creating a different mindset around food. Most diets are short-term;
it’s far better to make small changes that can last a lifetime.
This weight loss course includes:
- A detailed look at why and how unwanted eating habits have become hardwired into your subconscious
- Enough time to create new habits and break old ones

Find a time to suit your schedule. On average clients see me for between 8-12 sessions, but this can vary. Phobias and smoking take 3 sessions.
Session Format
Each session lasts for 1 hour, focusing on your positive changes, refocusing your goals and the steps you can take to achieve these. Each session ends with 20 minutes of hypnotherapy.
