A chance to step away from the noise of the day, slow your mind and reconnect.

 

REST AND RESET RELAXATION CLASSES 

 

These monthly relaxation sessions are a gentle, welcoming space and open to everyone. You don’t need any meditation or mindfulness experience, just the willingness to pause, breathe and relax your mind and body.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

These gentle group sessions include:

  • A short insight into how our brains respond to stress and strategies to help combat stress and anxiety
  • Simple breathing exercises and techniques
  • 30 minutes of deeply guided relaxation – a chance for you to truly switch off

These sessions are designed to help you:

  • Quiet a busy mind
  • Release tension and stress
  • Improve your sleep
  • Leave feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed
  • Practice and learn new ways to relax

Just one hour can help reset your nervous system.

 

MONTHLY RELAXATION SESSIONS

Orchard Studios, Rudgwick

Time:  6.30pm – 7.30pm (mats supplied)*

WHAT TO BRING

 

Please bring  a yoga mat*, a blanket and a pillow or cushion for your head.  A water bottle and please wear comfortable clothing.

Session Format

Each session lasts for 1 hour, focusing on your positive changes, refocusing your goals and the steps you can take to achieve these.
