Weight Loss Course – A Mind Set Approach

This is a 3 session weight loss course looking into how we are hardwired to make our eating choices from primitive times, how stress can affect our weight and how to break bad eating habits.

It shows how we can change our eating habits, with tips and strategies to make life long changes PLUS hypnotherapy/guided relaxation to help embed these new ways of thinking and an audio to listen to every night to help with sleep, making the right choices and relieving stress and anxiety.

The aim is that you no longer battle with will-power. No weigh-ins, no prescribed diet. This is not about calories! It’s about how you can take calm control of your mind around food in all situations.

 

  • Session 1 – Tuesday 12th June
  • Session 2 – Tuesday 26th June
  • Session 3 – tbc (a refresher / top up) approx a month later.
