Many of life’s demands can cause stress; money issues, relationship difficulties or problems at work.  When you feel stressed, it can stop you sorting out these demands or simply seem to affect everything you do. People often feel stress as a result of a trigger or a specific event, but it can also be a gradual effect of life’s pressures slowly building up over time.

Stress is the body’s natural reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or a response. It is a normal part of life and keeps us alert and ready for danger. It becomes a negative state of being when there seems no let up and can affect your emotions, behaviour, thinking and health. Research shows that continued stress can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or illnesses including headaches, stomach upsets, high blood pressure, strokes or heart attack. Chronic stress has also been linked to diabetes and obesity.

I went to see Amanda suffering from serious anxiety and stress which caused sleeping problems. After the very first time using the audio I had the best night’s sleep I had had in months. I was unsure what to expect but Amanda is very charming and friendly she makes you feel at ease straight away. Amanda’s therapy has helped retrain my brain to use the logical part to deal with problems. I am calmer, sleeping better and feel able to cope with all that life throws at me. Amazing results and surprisingly quickly.

Find a time to suit your schedule. On average clients see me for between 8-12 sessions, but this can vary. Phobias and smoking take 3 sessions.

 

Session Format

Each session lasts for 1 hour, focusing on your positive changes, refocusing your goals and the steps you can take to achieve these.
